To provide high quality, clinically and medically appropriate services in a safe, therapeutic, and least restrictive environment, and to establish or return the client to optimal stabilization or functioning. Our goal is to ensure that when care is clinically and medically necessary, it will be provided in the most clinically and cost-effective manner possible, and in the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment setting.
