RISE Apartment Program

Recovery, Integration, Support, Empowerment

RISE Apartment Program is a scattered-site apartment program designed to provide support services to men and women diagnosed with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders, who need additional support and/or skills to live independently and maintain their sobriety. The program currently operates double occupancy apartments within the city of Saratoga Springs.

The goal of the program is to assist each resident in transitioning to a more independent community setting of their choice. We provide counseling, supervision, and instruction on an ongoing basis to enhance each resident’s ability to live successfully in the community. While the average length of stay is one to two years, each person’s stay in RISE will depend on their individual needs. RISE Apartment Program is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH).
