Supported Housing is a scattered-site apartment program designed to provide permanent housing and support services to men and women diagnosed with mental illness. The program currently operates single and double occupancy apartments in Saratoga County.
The program has four “family apartments” designated for single parents who meet admission criteria. The goal of this program is to assist each resident with living independently in the community. Program staff provide counseling, financial assistance, and instruction to improve each resident’s skills in the areas of adaptive daily living, as well as personal and interpersonal functioning.
