Mission Statement:

in a safe, therapeutic, and least restrictive environment, and to establish
or return the client to optimal stabilization or functioning. Our goal
is to ensure that when care is clinically and medically necessary, it
will be provided in the most clinically and cost-effective manner possible,
and in the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment setting.

Founded in 1978 and located near downtown Saratoga Springs, Transitional Services Association Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization. Through a number of residential, supportive, and case management programs, we aim to provide restorative care and assistance to individuals dealing with mental illness and chemical dependency.
